------------------------------------------------------------------
WELCOME to the Long Beach "Stitch n' Chicks Crafting Club!"
Why would you want to join our club?* Well have you ever found yourself in a creative rut? Or, stuck on a stitching project with no where to turn to get help? Do you need a "gentle" push to finish that WIP you have in the corner? Or, do you just want to be around and make friends with other creative crafting ladies? Well, SnC is the solution! The best way to get inspiration or discover fresh new ideas, get help, learn something new, or make new crafting friends is to join a local craft club.
A crafting group is the gathering of like creative minds working on projects together. SnC is a small group of gals that get together 2x a month; all ladies; of any age or experience or crafting level; and any crafter is welcome to join us! Come check us out as our guest for two meetings. If you have any questions or comments email Debb at [email protected] or fill out the "contact form" below with your questions or comments. Join in on the fun and be prepared to have a "craftastic" evening with other "needled to death" craftsters.
Our motto: "We strive for a close "crafting" friendships within our membership."
Our "Mission Statement"
You can also check us out on our blog for past year's photos just click on this "Blog" link and be sure to visit us on Face Book for present day photos.

WELCOME to the Long Beach "Stitch'N'Chicks Crafting Club" we are "hooked" on knitting/ crocheting, cross stitching, beading, embroidering, quilting, Jewelry making, crafting anything and making new friends. The club loves to craft and chat. We get together to learn from each other and to create lifelong friendships with a common thread. We are a small, friendly, comfortable, social club of ladies looking for all levels of experienced crafters, knitters, and crocheters. We were formed with a club atmosphere and like to do many different and fun social events during the year. While we are crafting, we will be sharing patterns, swapping yarn/crafting supplies, getting or giving advice, helping each other through our frustrating project moments, chatting and gossiping about our knitting/ crocheting/crafting visions, munching on goodies, and planing field trips. The club was formed in July, 2006, formally from Meet-up.com, to meet other avid crafters knitters, crocheters, and to make new friends who want to have fun with a variety of events and field trips. We currently meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:30pm - 8:30pm. Our meeting location is currently between [3] restaurants. See our meeting details on the right side. We will be in their back room. You are welcome to come check us out as our guest. Please note that Stitch n' Chicks is now OPEN you can visit and be our guest for two meetings. Come see what fun we have and all the crafts we learn. Any questions email Debb at [email protected] or [email protected] and fill out the "contact form" below with any questions or comments. Join in on the fun and be prepared to have a "craftastic" evening with other "needled to death" craftsters. Our motto is to strive for a close "crafted" friendship within our membership.
